today's work is slack everyday, cherrie and me were entertaining ourselves excessively. the word excessive is just the term to use to describe the amt we goofed arnd today in office.

went to town to meet yiling, audrey and zeeming. ate this really sucky restaurant, chicago steakhouse. i would say that the food there is on par with those food courts, and the price seems to be overcharged. unsatisfactory experience. ): anw, fossil stuffs are very nice n have these vintage yet young vibe to their stuff. im having this throbbing headache since i woke up today. ugh.

all i can say about the bintan trip, i have gotten over it. i had expected the outcome, nonetheless, i was really disappointed. possibly, i had high expectations for the trip. but den again, like junwei always say, life goes on and it gonna make u stronger. siling told me to take this as learning curve and an eye opener. how aptly put. (: oh well. no point mourning what is not meant to be. darn. i sound really cliche.

phew. i was expecting a relaxing saturday, but turns out to be a rather crazy saturday night with audrey, boonyen, yihang, kelvin, chong han, zeeming.
and i just reach home. honestly, i gotta stop coming home so late. people like junwei and bern are complaining that they dont see me online that often, cause i normally come online aft 12. that's arnd the time im coming home for the past few weeks. awww, they miss my adorable presence. (:
otherwise, i will be too tired to talk much when im come online and that happen when i talk to audd, who's the black sheep of the society, unemployed, and lepaking at home.

i discover two things today.

i like physics and all. or rather what timo had shared with me all the way on the train ride from clementi to tampines. all about f1 and all the driving, braking, cornering techniques. sounds very physic-cy. and in a way it's pretty awesome and i was not even bored at all. i thought im absolutely know nuts about all these mechanic stuff. turns out, im quite apprehensive about them.
i may just pick up reading on such stuffs. really. it's really enjoyable if u always have a soft spot for kickass cars and mechanics. for me, not much of mechanics, but i do understand. (:

HELLO! it's been a few days since i last blog. (:
i finally changed my blog skin, due to overwhelming demands and complaints that my fonts are small and the colour of the words are too striking. (WTH! THE COLOUR IS GREEN!) but nehmind. i think it's better now. (:
anyhows, these few days have been rather hectic for me. busy busy, but none the less, fun. (:

so thursday was my last day of job term at sungard. (: been an enriching time there. so kinda enjoyed it while it lasted. after work, i cabbed back home, grabbed the stuff my parents got for steph n josh, and headed to meet xue ting and her bf.(: i bought the red heart swaroski necklace for steph. oh man! i really love it too la!! i saw it the other day when i was out with audd n junwei. it was so niiiiccee!! even junwei says it was the first one that caught his eyes! (:

anw. bought this strawberry light cheese cake for her. that excited lil girl, wait, no more lil girl, was so hyper about the cake, just opened the box, lay out the cake, and light up the candle herself. this shows that she cant wait to end her last day as a single. haha!
and u know they say, normally brides couldnt sleep well the day before their big day?
that is so wrong! more like the ahyis cant sleep well! i slept two hours only!! ): and the bride herself was sleeping like a pig, for 5 hrs straight, in sweet slumber. goodness.
and so, me, jiajia and her sis, ferlyn, were like walking zombies with hungry stomachs.. but it was all worth it for our dear fren (:

steph looked super glorious and beautiful. josh is definitely one blessed chap. she's so pretty and so so demure. very unlike her! haha! kidding. (: like a princess, waiting for her prince charming to fetch her... no wonder they say, the bride looks the prettiest on her wedding day. (: i cant wait for mine.
at 7 oclock, the groom n his band of brothers came. all looking suave n macho. and all really know how to bargain. -.- but the girls know how to torture them too. haha! (: bainye, steph cousin, not sure whether i got her name correct, is a very nice lady and easy to talk to. she came up with all the pranks and all. the first one. she asked josh to striped off his top and passed him the shaving cream and ask one of the brothers, to shave off his armpit hair. and only one side. but in the end, it was half shaved n really uneven. darn funny!
den, his cousin, brandon, has to write for him, " I LOVE YOU STEPHANIE! PLEASE LET ME IN!"
only den, we will pass them the keys and they have to give us the hong baos. but!! they cheated! they forced their ways in, bruising me and jia jia and ferlyn's hands! brutal!! some more all ns guys, can you imagine their strengths! :/
thank god, we girls have foresight too. we locked all 3 doors, one of it, which led to steph. so, the thing continued the game, and they bargained even more. the nerves of them! haha! they tried shouting for steph, and the ahyis started shouting too. so u can imagine the ruckus we were causing. (: more deals are made, and yadayada, the groom got the key to where the bride was. seriously, the whole thing was so cute!! (:
bainye den drived the ahyis and the photographer to josh's house. lil faith has grown so much, and running arnd, and blabbering away in cantonese. haha cute! so, relaxed in the house, n by that time, i was really darn tired. my eyes were closing and my head was nodding to sleep. so right after the tea ceremony, i headed home and took a short nap.
the nap wasnt a very peaceful one, cause there were like so many ppl calling in and i was like,huh? i even called some of them back, just to ask what did they ask me when i was in the state of half coma.
went to hair secret to do my pedicure, hair n makeup. i felt so diva there, there were quite a number of people attending to me. oh well. the good thing having a sis who's a super regular there. i even saw aunty jacq doing her makeup and hair dere cause melvin was dere too.
hah! and the end product? i thought that i looked like my sis. (: which is good. she's pretty. haha!

went home to change and uncle francis fetched me to the place. the place is awesome la!! it gives me the very rich n luxurious feeling, with all the yacht and speedboat! one degree 15! woot!!
super duper cool! it doesnt feels like singapore at all. and once again, steph looks very pretty. (:
dinner was great, peppered with much gossips and bitching and cam whoring. after which, we chilled out on jocelyn's dad yacht. she got us some beer, n i felt like some big rockstar, drinking and getting high(on air), and dancing retardedly on the front deck. thank god, i embarassed myself before the rest of joshua n steph frens came.
joce's mum droved us back to her house, where we spent the night there watching movie. but cause i was so tired, i slept at the starting of the movie. cant blame me know!! I was too tired alright! suprisingly tho, i woke up and started playing pool with gerlyn n nicole. it's been awhile since i last played, so was kinda awkward holding the cue. still, i won (:
cabbed home, slept awhile more n back out again with them to go dxo for party. stupid party tho, last min cancelled, so we went over zouk (OVERAGE) n partied till 4 in the morning and went to anudder fren's place for anudder movie marathon, or sleeping for me. hah!
by den, i was really tired. duh, i was out n running for the past few nights, and sunday night doesnt make a difference. went for forth and then met josiah n alast for movie at century sq. ppl, alast is super ah beng! oh oh!! n i won them both in daytona! haha! crushed their egos!! (:
watched vantage point. it's goooooddd! at first i tot it will be uber dumb cause they are showing the same bombing footage for 8 times, from different ppl perspectives. but in the end, it turned out to be darn cool. (: smuggled in pasa malam food n bubble teas, n josiah got me addicted to this malay snack, sth like fish cracker. nice!! :DD

den!! the long awaited sampang bedok supper!! ooh!! i jus love late night suppers and there was this chealsea n arsenal match on. so the place was crowded. (:
as usual, the food is goooodddd!! (: josiah was saying that he wasnt hungry n all, in the end, he was the one who cleared the food. swine (:
peiwen n her fren sherry joined us later, and we cabbed over to peiwen house for mahjong!!!! (: muffin, peiwen's dog is so cute!! (:

went home like 6am in the morning n ko-ed on the bed, jus to wake up again for kbox session with cherrie, febe n steve. (: sang alot of english songs, more than what i normally sing.. (: my voice was hoarse tho. and i went out of tune at those high parts. oh well, at least there's someone who's worse den me. haha!
we most prob not going overseas alr. there isnt a good enuff package currently and there's some other personal reasons that caused us to postpone the trip. ): i really wanted to go overseas with them. ): oh well, like what junwei always say, shrugs n gets on with life. and let say they wans to go again, i will try to go with them (:

the more i read her blog, the more i feel that im very much like her. our lives, interests and the guy we are crazy over. somehow i can see myself in her, or rather part of me.sometimes when i read her blog, i cant help but think, goodness! we are almost alike! it's kinda scary tho, to have someone who thinks somewhat like you.
it's not the virgin time i felt that we are alike. and the resemblance just spooks me out. even the looks. at some angles.

headed over to bhg. and !!! i wan say sth!! me n alvin shared this versace promotion, 2 perfumes, one for the men and one for the ladies, at a really low price. he was begging me to share the deal with him cause he just want the guys' one. den i thought,since mummy's bday coming, i shall get it for her den. it so happened i had the same perfume at home, cause my daddy bought it for me when i was really young, so u can say that collection goes way back. (: but i rmb there was anudder one, the baby rose one, which i really love. and i asked the sales person whether they still have it. she told me for that baby rose collection, they stopped the production for it, so they dun sell it now. however! she continued to say, she has one small bottle of it left tho and since i was so keen on having that one, she gave me the last bottle. i mean she cld totally keep it for herself. but praise the lord! she gave it to me!!

(: if we are going, we will most probably head off latest by april 5, go for a week and come back in time for school. it will be a budget trip cause we most probably will stay at steve or cherrie house, cause they are from taiwan. reason being, (sad) cause we cant find a job. (happy) cause of that, we have no choice but turn to recruit express located at orchard and the guy who attended and interviewed us is a total cuttie!! no grey eyes, but ties and dress shirt. heh, and that's a bonus to his already good looks.

saw this dress i find it nice. but im not sure. =x think i look rather fat in it. ):
the whole day is spent on shopping for dresses! esp for the wedding! morning n night! haha! im just making excuses for shopping!

anyway. day out with audd was fun!! tho it ended with a bad headache at night~ that bitch cant help but crack me up. esp with her uncannily sound alike imitation of china ppl toking. no wonder we say she's frm china! haha! and i love trying weird stuffs with her. haha!! lookin all so weird and dressed up. the thrill of window shopping! trying so many different stuffs for the fun of it ! tho i think the sales ppl are like @$%^&* but haha! i was nice enuff to hang back the stuffs to the hangers, they just have to put it back in place. ^^ see! im so good! i understand how is it like to work in retails. and our budget plan totally failed. esp, after audd announced that she brought more than supposed to which was 12 bucks. suckerroo!! we ended up buying chocs and all. ): tho it was worth it! popster!! haha! and sprinkler!(:

so, the past few days have been pretty much alright with occasional (or rather, frequent) stress piling up from work and during most of the times, i was at the verge of giving it all up. and despite the many supporters, felina somehow always manage to make me stick to this job. thank brudder-o! ;D its just that well, the moment he starts opening his mouth, i wished i had a whole tube of super glue in hand. the others wouldnt disagree on this, but well perseverance perseverance, it's all about that i guess! shrugs and life goes on, huh. everyday's the same nowadays, such that it's becoming a daily routine now. wake up, wash up, work, home, online, sleep. it's always the same ol' stuff. the company's taking in more people though i still foresee a mass quitting coming on soon. we got our working schedule and i must say, that everything has been really well planned out! and it's not a good thing fyi. fel should know what i'm talking about. gee, work will never be the same again. nobody to be a moron with me, bitch with me and go through the blonde moments with me. as absurd as my next sentence may sound, there would be no one to point the middle finger at me! ): in any case, i just hope the shifts and everything else will get slightly better over time, its really making me feel so empty and having almost my whole life tied down to this pathetic job which has been getting on my nerves most of the times.

as much panic that had already seeped to people's heart since the news of such notorius criminal has broke out and now at large, it is still comforting to know that these special and empowering contingent of soldiers, Gurkhas, has been on the frontline all the well. i still believe singapore armed forces and police force is still doing an awesome job. just based on their quick reflex to comb the area immediately after they found out mas selemat has escaped from the centre, they ought to be applaud.
they are the ones who managed to keep the city safe all these while, and i hope they will continue to do soon, and that the mas selemat guy will be nabbed soon and kept behind bars.

we are going pulau ubin to cycle on mar 22nd and i sincerely pray that he will be caught and he wont bombed pulau ubin by den or there goes the trip. (:

i guess i shall stick to banking afterall.

my first choice was banking. raphael told me banking better. and most importantly, i feel peace in my heart. now to think of it, the reason i chose financial is cause of my frens, partially. but like what Alastair says:
i think i'm shouldn't decide for u. decide for urself. see wat u are comfortable wif and really think of ur future. not coz of ur friends. diff class but we still can hang out. one day still u all will separate.


not to mention also, the reason i chose financial tradin was cause i really dunnoe what to choose.

funnily, just when i was deciding to stay or appeal, my sis and those i asked for opinions told me to take banking. even my sis told me to continue in banking. and she noes nth about the difference in banking n financial trading!
rapheal told me that banking was better too and that it will be easier for me to uni.
some more, when i was deciding, the thought of remaining in banking just makes me feel good. in fact, the thought of appealing to finance is making me all stressed out and depressed. =x
there's just no peace. ask audd. everytime when i mentioned about appealing, i will become moody and gloomy. now that ive decided and set my heart on remaining in 04, i feel relieved, no more ropes tying up my guts.
also, tho ive been saying i wan to opt for financial trading and confessing over it, there's always no complete peace to it. in fact,i felt that it was a must to do it. but when i decided to take on banking, the peace in me is just too hard to ignore.


and thanks to this, ive learnt sth.
god will always put u in the right place at the right time. (: and there's always this peace when he makes u go the way he wans u to head. there's also always people arnd u to push u or signal u to the direction. and nth can goes well if i used my efforts. like sending emails and all. it just made me anxious and nervy waiting for the replies and i felt obliged to confess i will be able to go financial trading. but, at last , i just went, god, it's up to u to show me, and the first tot was, i should stay in banking. adn there was this peaceful feeling, and i felt so rested. this shows that, involve god in decision making, and u make smart decisions. (: so i guess, banking here i come.

besides, the bible says lord has not given us the spirit of fear, but of love, power and sound mind. (: whereever i go, fear of nt succeeding will not prevail, cause of god's gift of spirit of love, power, of sound mind. and

these few fays have been rather busy. Saturday was work and den church~ pastor ben was amazing.and i felt that the services that i went to this weekend were speaking tome. for eg. pastor lian's message was to believe therefore i speak. im believing daddy god for sucess in my application and i will continue to confess it in faith! (: likewise, pastor mark in mandarin service(yes i went mandarin service @9am. with timothy,steve,alvin and cherrio). he preached about the power of tongue, and how our physical tongue can bring constructive changes or destructive changes. and for arrow, pastor preached about the spirit of love, of power and of sound mind. all these 3 messgaes are POWERFUL~(:

and bob fitts came to our church yesterday!! :D worship was amazing. (:oh! and the zone is coming!! hillsongs!! ((: i cant wait!

so.. yesterday~
went work earlier in the day and den went to clementi macs to meet alvin, stevey, weixuan and cherrie to do charis bday present and bday card. (:
now that they are done and gave to her, we cant help but feel a huge sense of accomplishment for ourselves. (: esp, weixuan and alvin who went all out. ^^

really uber proud! the pictures n card, tho diy, looks pretty stunning((: charis is totally blown off her feet by the suprise! superb acting weixuan!

and today. was such a long and amazing day (:

skipped work today and went sentosa with cg~
firstly, we camped out at the hawker to complete the frame(charis present) and the card~ haha! so weird! hence gt quite alot of onlookers, thinking who are those people occupying the seats to do art and craft!?
because of that, we are only able to make it to sentosa at 2 plus? played volleyball( and i still terribly at it) and frisbee!! old birds vs freshies! haha! they were at first suckered by us~ but in the end, we let them win~~ (((: right. haha!
the game was super fun too ^^ we discovered alot of hidden talents in everyone in these 2 days. ((:

i left to bath first, so i can meet up with my family for dinner. the thing is, i didnt noe it was a restaurant in novotel-clarke quay! i was wearing my havis!! so embarassing! anyway, the food was way awesome, tho i have to comment badly on the scallops and prawns! they werent as nice as those in japan. duhh.
