im really tired and drained out. =/ in a cranky state of mind now. i practically have " DONT COME NEAR ME, BITCH ALERT" tattooed on my forehead.

despite being really sleep-deprived, i managed to go out and catch 2 movies today, " GET SMART" and "YOU DON'T MESS WITH ZOHAN".

i highly recommend these two movies at one go, if you feeling really down and moody recently, or u are having a bad week. nothing beats a good laugh after a long, strenuous week. double dosage of comedies will definitely lift ur spirits up by levels.(: moreover more, it's steve carrell and adam sandler in the house!

for GET SMART, anna hathaway is seriously mind-blowing cool. she has the " Don't mess with THE best aka ME" kinda attitude. i half expected the jokes to be some sort corny, but, it turns up, most of them have wits and good humour in it.
and as for "ZOHAN", the accent rawks, some cheesy parts, but, overall, it's kickass comedy too!
i realised, these 2 shows have something against US politics, normally, the President bush name will surfaces, if not, obanma, clinton, or try, hilary ;D
americans and their liberal,yet, wicked sense of humour.

i wonder to myself, imagine a Singaporean film made in honor of criticizing our government? granted, there maybe films already made to pinpoint our "Unique" Singaporean culture, but never to the extent of blatantly denouncing or deploring the way Singapore Govt governed the nation. even there's films like these, i bet scores of the films will be censored, in defense of the Govt.

whatever it is, there's not much to criticize about the way the nation is being governed. yea, there may be flaws, but, honestly, i think our govt is doing pretty fine and better than average. (:
