being grounded have its own perks in some way. like resting, watching alot of shows and movies at home, and slacking around. but it really gets boring at times. thankfully, i have a nice friend, named josiah kim who has been unbelievably kind enough to bring me dinner, then, lent me a lot of cds to watch. now, i have 2 beatles documentaries, a few seasons of "whose line is it anyway" and a pc game" team hospital" to keep me entertain.
crap can get nice at times.

yesterday, though, managed to sneak out with the help of my sister, and went out with val, junwei, josiah and alastair. if memories serve me correct, it was the first ever time we met up when the sun is high up in the sky. the past outings happened near dusk or night time.
went to harbourcity restaurant to yumcha, aka, dim sum time! since alast drove, we were able to go around places in really short time. headed over to tiong to catch a movie, which is damn good as expected. went for family dinner at elias mall. never look down on heartland places, they serve food that could possibly meet those classy restaurants standards, or even surpass it. sometimes when we dine in those classy restaurants, it's the ambience we are paying for.

anyway, there isn't much tension among the family members as opposed to these few days. there are still some throat strangling moments, but whatever comments were bit back. and instead of having 2 older sisters, i feel that i have one older, and one younger. the younger one loves hello kitty. pris and i decided that she's mental.

it looks like my grounded days will be soon over, hopefully. :D
