i really don't understand seamanship and boating theory, and my project is due on friday. i tried asking some NS guys, but wth, why are land maps and marine maps different?!? this wiped out like half of list of people to ask for help. i may have to pick up my notes and read, just to understand how a chart works and figure out how to plot locations at different bearings.
