yesterday's celebration went pretty well, except for the fact that the birthday girl herself wasn't there. we managed to catch her off guard at suntec's tower 2 carpark. even it's a celebration less than 10 mins, the birthday girl was near tears, while holding the heart card, the 18 balloons that covered her face, and the christmas hat and the magic wand thing that looks like it came right off the set of card captor sakura. quite a sight really.

we went for very own celebration, to mark the end of exams, at sushi tei-raffles, a big party of 9. me loves the food there. the only Japanese restaurant beside those in Japan that i like. can we go back there again? i really like the food there :D
after eating, we immediately rushed over to suntec to surprise the birthday girl, who was pissed cause it's past her dinner time, and her sister, peiqi, who kept stalling time for us, was the victim of the hungry birthday girl's fury.

and now, i'm going to fold boats and all, and start reading up on seamanship and boating theory. that will really officially mark the end of my agony for now.
